The aim of building technology inspector I.-II. training: Making it possible to obtain the competences necessary to filling up the job of a building technology inspector. The building technology inspector assists and controls the observing of the technological plan during the whole process of realizing the building investments and the building-setting work. According to the special provision of law it is compulsary to charge a building technology inspector in case of a building activity bound to a building permission.

• If the carrying out of the building activity is done by several enterpreneur technicians.
• The building investment is a matter of outstanding significance from the point of view of the national economy
• The building executing activity concerns a building being under the protection of monuments

According to the 244/2006.(XII.5.) government order only such person can fulfil building technology inspector activit who is registered by the local chamber of engineers or the regional chamber of architects.

• The fulfilment of the professional conditions (finishing schools and professional practice) and taking competence exam or being discharged from the necessity of competence exam must be certified as defined in the 244/2006. (XII.5.) government order.

The examination committee dispenses from taking the competence exam if the building technology inspector has the qualification of building technology according to the national education list. (NEL) - (OKJ)!
